Hallo guys I have downloaded Iosv64 but I dont understand how it works ... How can I activate a hack for a game with the app and how to know what freature 1 ... 10 means ?

You get the features count from the topic here in the forum.

If the mod has 2 features like

unlimited money + unlimited donuts , then activate feature 1+2.

Depending on each game , U simply open the App iOSv64 and Activate each Feature from 1-10 Depending on the Hack u want to use on ur game , Go to the Post of the hack u want to use and all the features should be in numeric order from 1-10 and enable each Feature on ur app so you could use the 1-10 in the actual post of the hack , its helpful.
