Help/Support Cydia Tweaks not showing in settings 8.3

After jailbreaking to 8.3 and downloading controllers4all plus btstack and prefenceloader they do not show up in settings. Is there anything to fix this problem or need to wait for an update of prefenceloader.

It installs preference loader but it's not updated to work for the latest 8.3 jailbreak
