Help/Support TetherMe and other internet tweaks not working

Hello everyone! So I’m coming to you guys today as I’m completely lost on this problem. I’m running iOS 11.4.1 on an iPhone 6s Plus with unc0ver jailbreak. So I was able to use TetherMe tweak no problems at all about a month ago. Then out of nowhere the tweak disappeared from setting and I’m no longer able to tether. I’ve looked around EVERYWHERE for answers with no luck. I have reinstalled several times, removed, rebooted, and reinstalled with no luck. I then decided to test the tweak ‘WifiPasswords’ and I get an error saying “Couldn’t load WiFi network list”. So I’m thinking maybe something I installed might’ve messed with some system files? I don’t think it matters but I have the att unlimited data plan.
