Help/Support Is it possible to bypass icloud issue?

I wanted to know if theres a fix for this kind of issue, because I could buy an iDevice from here more cheap and I wanted to fix it for myself.

There's two semi-bypassing tutorials in tutorials section but if you ask me, it's not worth it buying an iPhone with an iCloud lock.

 

Maybe a repair shop is able to bypass this for you but you'd be paying a few extra $$ for them to do so and it isn't cheap.

This will give you access to some apps like imessage and mail. Although it won't give you full access to the device.
