Hello, I use an iPhone 7 under iOS 12.2 ( not jailbreak)

I wanted to download the hacked version of Critical OPS ( non VIP) on my phone which is not jailbreak, and when I accept the Terms of Use of the game, the game tells me that I am missing an update. So I tried to uninstall the hacked version and install the real version to update and then re-install the hacked version, but the same problem appears.
