Edit: A fix for this is disabling tweak injections under custom configuration in choicy, launching the app, then turning injections back on and all mods are unselected.

 Do you do this by going into choicy > applications > Blades > Disable tweak injection or blacklist the tweak in custom tweak configuration, i did both but it still crashes when i turn on the hack and it doesnt disable all the options

delete game data with apps manager, relog and enable hacks. dont forget to use a good jb protection, like a-bypass and kernbypass or other  good
