DomiNations Industrial Age is not out yet. You need to wait for the official release.

They've all obtained it by cheating and all have been demoted back to Enlightenment Age or ended up being banned from the game.

"We recently released the v1.5 update for iOS and Android, which had lots of great features including the Oil Boom content. This update also had preparations for the Industrial Age, and we have noticed some players who have already reached this new feature. As the Industrial Age is still in final development, we will be rolling these accounts back. We are excited for the DomiNations community to experience the Industrial Age once officially released."
