Bypass iPhone Model verification

I have recently downloaded Elder Scrolls: Blades on my iPhone 6. 

Reading the compatibility list on their website, it seems that my device is not supported although it was available for download in the app store. 

Entering the app flashes an error stating that my device is not compatible.

 

is there any jailbreak app/tweak that allows the bypassing of such error? Or that covers my true iPhone model in any way?
