Ok, Great! I got it to work for a while today. I'm new to this so PLEASE bear with me. Now when I try to start the game it loads and then I get an error message saying

 

The page at "https://ffrk.denagames.com"says:

An error occured while loading.

 

Does this just mean the server is down and should I just wait it out?

I just tried with the new password and can't load anything. I rebooted device and router.
