4th post above u is from Dida saying he removed some older IP address. Yours might have been one. Mine was one and I pmed him.

is there a way for us to add our own IP in there. Maybe there should be a 6-8 hours each time that you can add. And you have to remove your old IP that has been there. Your IP will be tied with your VIP account or something ?
