Help/Support Problems Using Critical Ops

I usually play Critical Ops hacked, and recently I got banned. I didn’t really care at the time, but as soon as I started a new account and had hacks on, I crashed when I tried to get into a match. Was I hardware banned? I know how to circumvent these, but it just seems weird that the game just crashes.

ios reinstall might help, if not, change you IMEI

You probably had a detected feature on, such as shoot through walls
