Did you read the installation instructions? You need a Jailbroken iDevice.

What if you don't have a jailbreak ?

You can't install .deb cheats without a Jailbroken iDevice.

Jailbreaking is worth it though.

And I remember seeing a non-jailbroken hack around the forum but unsure if it actually works.
