can someone help me after my friend send me the effective power it keeps freezing?plssss help!

Non-Jailbroken you can check iMessages on a Mac and remove the Effective Power text or I've heard asking Siri to read your latest message works. Is siri able to delete them also?

if your not jailbroken you can open your settings and disable all notifications for the app where you received the code and then you can enter and see the code without continue crashing when you're in the app you can enable the notifications back but if you friend send it again you must do this again. Or you let the notifications disabled but I don't think somebody wants that for an message app. (The best way to prevent it is to install the tweak what @DiDA gave you.)
