Hi I just install car parking but the app said cannot be verified and then I check my settings VPN & Device Management it not there so I deleted the app and installed it again and try again one more time, but it’s not showing verify the app

You posted on the wrong thread. Apple has revoked the certificate for the free app. Use Sideloadly, trollstore or other methods indicate in this link.
