Edit: still works, I didn’t complete all the towers, but skipped all of them and went to the last one for 50 souls. Maybe doing the glitch while the rest of the towers are done won’t work?? I barely do the glitches since I’m good on souls and characters already.

Do you know at what point the cards stop fusing and only give the option to sell?

Yes, once the card gets to the max “X”, then it will start selling the card for souls and coins.

So as soon as I beat the boss in the final tower, I closed the game. Upon opening the game the rewards were granted, but everything reset in the challenge. Now, upon the reset the challenge now says the difficulty is hard, so is it after the difficult tower this glitch happens?

Otherwise, this glitch is patched.
