Try rebooting the device without any in app tweaks installed in cydia and Try again. I'm sure you'll get it.

Everybody's getting it.. Try checking in without any in app tweaks installed in cydia. Try again. I'm sure you'll get it.

A few others have reported that they can't find it also. Not sure why.

Someone said that you have to reboot, not just respring, the device after you updated/installed the newest version.

After they did that, the plugin popped up for them, so people can try that and see if it fixes it.
