Click on Game Assists at the bottom after opening IAP Crazy > Right side top of the page it says number of Assists to be installed.( In Blue ) > Click on it > Find Dominations in the list of the games. > Enable the hack > Done. 

Make sure Dominations is not running at the backgrund and you have disabled or uninstalled all In App purchase tweaks on your device.
