i have proplem to make alliance and i didnut can join any alliance its always till me already a member of an alliance and second proplem ididnut can upgrade factory to level3 in new update i didnut can upgrade any more always till me requires the industrial age how fix this issue

for alliance rebuild the alliance gate , if you want factory lvl 3 upgrade to industrial age...

Yeah by cheating it. But the people that got it I think are having issues with the game now.

go to settings then pair device , then old device then follow the steps...

It's mentioned in the tutorial from the beginning.

 

If you want to join an Alliance, you will need to rebuild the Alliance gate.

 

If you want Industrial Age, you will have to wait for when the developers officially release it.
