my ipad is jb 7.1.2 its still jailbroken but all my jailbreak apps are gone including cydia but when i download something from safari it sitll gives me option to open in ifile and also lets me go on ifile but its not on my home screen

yea but didnt work so i just updated to 8.3

A uicache could have solved it. Or even a Semi-Restore. But it's too late now.
