It's not that simple. I mean remove building permanently. Like Im having 10 catapults, and I just want to remove 7 catapults to go back to 3 catapults before.

you'll have to wait til industrial age because without building and cancelled, I dough you'll be able to. Every game now and day has pointer address with aslr so unless you find the correct address then you can go from there.
