There's no other way than the options in-game.

What's the full error you get ?

I don't think you can? One is googe play account and the other is game center.. You can start from the beginning in an iPhone if you're jailbroken. Download DomiNations v1.3.0 ipa from here and use the crown hack to level up super fast in no time . Good luck.
