Help/Support Rise of Berk Bug

[Absurb 0 iPhone 8 Plus 12.1.2]

When you download Rise of berk, it plays normal and all the hacks work like they should expect when you want to level toothless past level 5, it will say you’ve lost connection and force close the app. After  you re- open the app all the process is gone and it will keep disconnecting you and you don’t get to play the game. I’ve seen this bug with other sites. Is anyone working on this?

@Absurb Play the game normally and sync it with Facebook. Usually it glitches during tutorial for some reason but I always use my Facebook so my progress is saved

I have the same problem. Also I keep getting a pop up saying they is and update and when I try to update. I can’t open the game after that. 

Also during the tutorial. When it tells you to collect the fish that the dragon has brought back. It won’t let me because I have unlimited currency so I am unable to get past that part.

I do log in via Facebook, but it still crashes and takes me back to the start from where you open the first pack. Any advice on what I’m doing wrong or is there going to be a fix for this?
