I downloaded BlueStacks 4 and got it rooted with BSTweaker 5. I also downloaded ES File Explorer. I located the .rare file, double clicked it but it then says "bad rar file." Download RAR from playstore and open it, than look for the archive libapp.rar and extract it

If I remember correctly ES can't extract rar arichve but only zip. I can be wrong

I mean they are the same. Theres no point of making a cheat for jp version. Unless jp version has something that makes it better than the global version
