when i click the restore button, it says find my iphone must be turned off.. unfortunately i can't turn it off because it keeps rebooting... i also log in to icloud and erase the phone in find my iphone using my pc but it didn't work

also i turn off my firewall and anti virus while restoring coz i think its interrupting the process.
