Help/Support Jailbreak failed! Help badly needed

hi! I tried to jailbreak my iphone 4 with pangu aftr im done, i tap the cydia to finish the jailbreak but the phone rebooted and when i swipe to unlock, it will reboot again... What should i do?

Try to boot into safe mode and open Cydia. Then install PowerApp. 

Tap the Reboot option in PowerApp. If not work, restore your iPhone to iOS 8.4 and suffer from not Jailbreakable.

How to reboot into safe mode?

I tried but i dont know if im right. Plug it po pc then restore? Should i wait until syncing is finished? Coz i can see the unlock button while its syncing and when i unlock, it reboots again

What will i do after i cancel?

    Hold power and Home button until the screen goes black then remove finger from home while continuing to hold power. Once you see the Apple logo-hold the volume up button until the springboard loads. If the device is in Safe Mode the tweaks will be gone under the setting menu.
