Help/Support I cant modify app saves or data on ios 8.3!

I know that on ios 8.3 to access that from app the developer need to enable  Itunes-File-Sharing 

 

But, is there any solution to this problem is there a device manager that work in ios 8.3?

Have you tried iExplorer or AnyTrans?
