sorry but I go to settings>BHunter an error appears saying "there was an error loading the preference bundle for BHunter, I tried to fix it by uninstalling and reinstalling hack BHunter, cydia substrate and substrate safe mode in severall ways. I did reboot and respringed. please help!

That happens when the patcher is compiled only for 32 bit devices. To fix this you'll have too navigate to /Library/PreferenceBundles/XXX.bundle/

then copy XXX.plist from it's current location to /Library/PreferenceLoader/Preferences/

It should ask you to overwrite a file already there, just choose ok.
