Help/Support unc0ver cydia

Hello, So I've got an Issue when I try to Install games using unc0ver's Cydia.

It keeps on saying:

then it says at the bottom:
 

Depends mobilesubstrate

Depends PreferenceLoader

---

And when I try to add a Source. Any kind of Source it just shows NOTHING just a blank screen where it's supposed to load stuff in. But it doesn't say any outputs or anything. Just empty.

Try install them

Mobilesubstrate & preferenceloader

install mobilesubstrate & PreferenceLoader from the cydia store then try dowloading

How do I install them?

When I try to install PreferenceLoader it says it depends mobilesubstrate but when I try to find mobilesubstrate. there's no results

And there's another problem with Sources. when I try to add Any source, it shows a blank screen. no outputs. just empty installing screen thingy
