Help/Support ViP Subscription expired too soon

Hi,

on 09/10/2018 I purchased two ViP - 3 Months - Subscriptions.  so that my ViP-Subscription would last 6 month.
But both subscriptions expired on 12/10/2018, after 3 month instead of 6 month.

Don't multiple subscriptions add up or is it just a bug?

When purchasing 2 subscriptions, they run side by side. You should have contactacted me to stack that.

I don’t think I have ever seen any sites that stack subscriptions like that without special considerations being made. That’s why so many of them want to set you up on a billing cycle

People are barely reading what we currently have added there and keep purchasing the wrong packages.

First of all thank you very much!

I didn't know that. I thought the subscriptions stack, why would someone need two identical subscriptions running side by side?

Maybe it's a good idea to point that out somewhere.
