Help/Support Sign an iOS app?

Hi

can someone tell me how to sign an app so it can run with modded DLL files? if you tell me, i can release mods for Unity3D games like Racing Rivals, Eternity Warriors 3, and many more

NOTE: i don't want to pay anything!

i don't want to pay for that just for signing an app. any other free signing things?

 

Android have APKtool that sign a modded app for free so why can't it be free for iOS?

you can do it without developer  account, but its need high skill of developing

i know a person that able do it.

i can say... iOS sucks. Android is better because it is very easy to sign a modded app and run it on non-rooted devices.

@MasihTak , because you need to bypass apple verification
