Firstly, no tutorials here tell you to REMOVE KEYCHAIN DB FILE...

The only solution is to factory restore it. You messed up the network settings and passwords . Even if you manage to connect to internet, icloud activation won't work.

By the way you could've asked a keychain.db here and replace it. It would have worked .-.

No you can't even the synchronization with itunes is messed up.

Hey can I connect to iTunes and factory restore it do not care bout my apps but my jailbreak

Restore from an iTunes Backup if you can.

And it's not his fault. He's sharing what worked for him and others. It was your decision to go ahead and continue with the process.
