i think x200 atk would be much safer than no skill cooldown, cuz you cant determine ones atk power only by looking at lvl. Though you can tell for sure when hack is used as an example no skill cooldown. If you play many classes you will know which skills has long cooldown.

Try morigan class. Or warrior class There is A skill has No cool down. Until they finish the hack.
