I don’t know. I would say to stick to the ones that get unlocked by story and such, but problem is that Maria was one of them and obviously broke the game..so not sure anymore. Probably need to check individually before promoting.

okay , just got some information , dont promote any UNLOCKED Assasins or your account will get freeze which u cant do anything about it...

the only way for u to check which hero can be promote is to enter the game without any ipa hack , from there u can see hero who can be promote and has been unlock , switch back to modded ipa and promote it ....✌️
