you got these errors because you don't have the packages and you didn't install the bigboss recommended tools from cydia

search on cydia for BigBoss Recommended Tools

if you can't find it you can add my repo i uploaded the Bigboss recommended tools to it

Install perl from coolstar repo then copy it from /usr/local/bin and paste it in /usr/bin
