Help/Support Ipa Files - Google Download Network Error

Hi everyone! So I'm new to this hack/tweak stuffs. I'm currently downloading MR. GUN (No Jailbreak Hack) It is a IPA file (i don't what that means)  And when I downloaded it, it stops then the download was failed ( it says that "Failed - Network Error) I've tried downloading it a few times but still the same error. Does it need some engine or tool or app to able to download it? Any solutions? Thankyou in advance!!

Is the site you're downloading from is iosddl.net?
