Any kind souls can advise. I followed exactly the instructions but somehow I cannot check if the IP address has been updated to the proxy.

 

Downloaded the certificate. Log on to the game. Turned on the proxy. Tried to check for the IP address. Couldn’t load the web. Back to the game. Played for 2 min. And data changed.
