Help/Support Activator Resprings When Unlocking Device

I downloaded activator awhile ago and I accidentally made so every time I slide my phone to unlock it, my device resprings. I deleted it but every time I download it, the effect is enabled and I can't use my device. Is there anyway I can disable this so I can use activator? I tried putting my phone in safe mode but activator doesn't open

Mmm.. Uninstall Activator. Respring device. Install Activator again but don't respring. The app should appear on your homescreen. Open and put every setting back into default. Then respring.

Boot into safe mode and uninstall Activator.

 

Then boot back into normal mode and install it but don't lock your phone and configure it's options.
