I tweaked an IPA from app store and its size changed. ITunes installs it but IPhone says that download was failed. May be its because of resizing IPA? Help me please!!

I want to install it to non-jaibroken iPhone. 

The stock version installing, but tweaked (I’ve changed some JPGs) can’t.

Sorry for my bad English(

1. I installed ipa from iTunes 12.6.3
2. I unarchived it and change some JPGs, then change modification date back (like in original ipa)
3. I archived it again and tried to install. It installed but when i tried to open it, it reinstalled throw the internet (and my changes were lost)
4. But when I unarchived and archived ipa again, it installed succesfully

Whats wrong with it?
