Help/Support Jackpot Followers Error Code 400/Client Disabled

When trying to sign in jackpot followers gives me this error, I may have been banned etc. Im trying to figure out a bypass if at all possible or to as why I am receiving this error if anyone can help thank you.

yup u been banned looks like they disabled ur account try making a new account and use mgfaker to fake some info on ur device

I tried using mgfaker and the application would just crash, Ill give it a second go.

I'll try grabbing xcon but the application keeps crashing when I try to fake a udid using mgfaker

 

Edit: yep still crashing with xcon

Update: I believe xcon may have fixed this issue or it was only a 24 hour ban.  Whatever the case I hope it doesn't happen again.
