It does not install app, I make the whole process correctly, but when it will finalize the process through cydia, it simply closes itself, and the app does not go to my home screen.

I already have the most updated versions of iTunes, CydiaImpactor, iOS, authorized PC, and I can not figure out the cause of the error.

Forgive my bad English.

Restart phone and PC and try again...

otherwise use another PC, then you will know What is causing this problem mobile or cydia impactor or .ipa

If uh you are jailbroken then use Ext3ntder instead of Cydia impactor
