For people having the problem with the IPA file, I found a solution: Install Appstore++ in Cydia then go to app store downgrade MLBB to 1.3.52 (hold "Open" or "Install" or the Cloud icon). I'm actually surprised that Appstore++ works on iOS12)

To my surprise appadmin work on ios12 as well.

It doesnt instal the deb for me. It gets stuck doesnt matter if i install via idevice with filza or with pc injector.
