Help/Support Application blocked my iPhone

I kind of got blocked from an application named "Carousell", I'm able to enter the app but i'm unable to login.

 

My previous account was banned and i created a new account which worked on my friend's phone and on their mobile website BUT it just wouldn't work on my iPhone.

 

 

I think they kind of editted my files to block my phone off from the app. I have tried looking for files to edit in iFunbox but it doesn't seem to work. Any idea where i might be able to find the file or fix the problem?   

 

UPDATE: I have tried this jailbreak tweak named "Protect My Privacy". It seems like the Advertising ID, UID isn't the cause of the block because this tweak allows me the randomize them and keep them away from "Carousell".. Any idea why?

is your device jailbroken, did you type wrong password, how the other device is working (gamecenter or something)?

 

 

did you try to remove the app and install it again?

I did try reinstalling and the password that i typed is correct. Other devices like web platform/android devices. They both work.

it disables the jailbreak so they dont know ur jailbroken pretty much bypasses jb security

No no. My previous account is already banned. I created a brand new account but i am still unable to login on my new account on my phone. Whereas on my friend's phone or on the web browser i can login to the new account. So i'm wondering if they blocked me through their servers by my iPhone's hardware ID? Or is there any other possible ways that they blocked me and any way for me to fix it?
