Any way you can upload the 2.8 verson along with this?

Im jailbroken 10.3.3 on my ipad and ios 11.4.1 on my phone. Ios 10 cannot use the appstore++ so i cannot find 2.8

 Live streams seem to work on, but finding a quality one is difficult.
