Need to be reasonable when using it. If you’re a new player with strong team and no purchases you are asking for trouble.

i've purchased abt 100$ in game, but just normal team. Can that function work on wish shop and eggs event?

Yes, wish and event shop works. Purchasing anything with gems or gold is free
