Confirmed that this works with Foodie Cuisine I will update when I see if it work for some of my other games.

 

Virtual Town works but you have to hit confirm for it to register then cancel on ID entry. I triple checked my AppStore settings, actually signed out of AppStore app and made a purchase; it still works. Now to see if I go back to regular phone mode instead of semi tethered jailbreak will my coins still be there.
