No, it's still functional for me. The download works.

It take's time depending on your internet speed.

I know but when the app is installing after dowload it stop idk why

What do you mean by stop? The download icon of the app won't move until for a while. I too thought the game was not downloading because the app installation process on the home screen did not move to near full circle. I was patient and it finally finished.

Your ISP must be having interruptions, or the server is having trouble sending you the data.

Yeah i did and cleaned my phone etc
