Because that is the safest, and almost impossible be noticed. Earlier I tried shooting at someone who I thought was Floating But was actually on top of a tower. I ended up giving away my position and I couldn’t kill him because there was a platform between us.

There will always be very little recoil.

If you play Squad and with strangers, during spectator mode they might wonder why your aim doesn’t bounce around.

Having a little bounce is negligible.

Also the scope will bounce a little especially with 8x scope but your bullet groupings are still very excellent with the tweak found here.
