Because sometimes if you messed up the first time and try to repeat it, it either doesn’t work or gets buggy.

I got an IPA link from one of the member previously but it got stuck at verifying app when side loading. I check from the pages you mentioned and found another link on page 93 which is a different one, i think and I'm downloading it now. Hopefully this one doesn't get stuck at verifying
