Help/Support Mod Not Appearing

[Blackmoon255 38 iPhone Xr 13.1.3]

So I got filza on my iDevice.
I download the mod im looking to install from this site.
I open filza to the downloaded location to install it.
Click install from within filza.

App proceeds to install with no issues or warning text.

Respring the device after the install.

Unlock the device and modded app isn't on the homescreen...

Any ideas on what isnt working or what I'm doing incorrectly?

Are you jailbroken? The app need to be installed & opened
