Help/Support Cydia Survey verification

Hello everyone!

Today i installed Cydia on my iPhone 6 and it has a survey. I downloaded every single app and i opened it for 35 seconds and the Cydia is still locked... . I tried to restore my iPhone and back up it but the Cydia is still on the screen with the same survey. 

What should I do to make that survey disappear?

What's your iOS? You got that Cydia from a fake website. Anything with surveys is a scam!

I have iOS 11.4.1. How can i delete Cydia?

 There is no jailbreak released for iOS 11.4.1. Hold the app and wait for the x to the top left of the app to show while it is wiggling. You can delete it with that.

That's the problem.... When i try to delete it, ther is no "x" in the top left corner, and i also tried to uninstall it from settings, but at Profiles section, i enter in cydia and it says that is not removable....... :((

wow. Ok... Restore your phone from a backup before you downloaded it.

Also, check to make sure that there is a jailbreak before you try and get an app for one, otherwise this'll happen again.
